Shipping Overview

Australia-wideTrackedInsured

  • Where we ship: Australia-wide. International by request (exclusions apply for dangerous/bulky goods).
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout by weight/size & destination. Bulky/remote surcharges may apply.
  • Dispatch: Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:30pm dispatch same day when in stock. Otherwise 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery time: Metro 2–4 business days after dispatch; regional/remote longer.
  • Carriers: Australia Post & leading couriers. PO Boxes accepted for eligible sizes.
  • Click & Collect: By arrangement from Inverell. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

We’ll contact you before shipping if any additional bulky/remote freight applies. You can approve the change or receive a full refund.

Returns & Warranty

Change-of-Mind Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

  • Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Exceptions: You are entitled to a repair or exchange only if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We strongly recommend asking us for a compatibility check before purchase to ensure you select the right equipment for your boat.

Items That Can’t Be Returned
  • Opened or used electronics (chartplotters, sonar modules, transducers, VHF/AIS, stereos).
  • Software/maps, registered devices, activation cards.
  • Custom orders, cut-to-length rope/cable/looming, and specially sourced items.
  • Clearance or marked “final sale” items.
Faulty Items & Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery (arrival issues) or as soon as the fault appears.
  • We’ll help diagnose (often via photos/video), then arrange repair, replacement or refund according to ACL and the manufacturer’s process.
  • Installation-related damage, misuse, or modification isn’t covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
  1. Email inverellboatingcentre.cwa@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA reference.
  3. Pack safely in original packaging with all accessories; include the RMA inside the box.
  4. Once received and inspected (usually within 3–7 business days), we’ll process your outcome (exchange/warranty) and email you an update.
