AIRMAR® B275LHW: 1 kW Low/High-Wide CHIRP Thru-Hull Transducer (3,000 ft)
The AIRMAR® B275LHW is a professional-grade, **flush-mounted bronze thru-hull transducer** designed for exceptional coverage and deep-water fishing. This unit features robust **1 kW Traditional Sonar** with simultaneous **Low-CHIRP (42–65 kHz)** and **High-Wide CHIRP (150–250 kHz)** operation. It reaches maximum depths up to **3,000 feet (914 meters)**, using the Low-CHIRP band for depth penetration and the High-Wide band for superior target separation and coverage in the upper water column. It is optimized for boats 25’ and above with fiberglass or wood hulls.
MAXIMUM COVERAGE & DEEP PENETRATION
The B275LHW is a dual-element transducer that provides both extreme depth capability and maximum wide-angle coverage for bait and fish detection.
KEY SONAR & PERFORMANCE FEATURES
- Extreme Depth: **1 kW power output** and Low-CHIRP (42–65 kHz) band provide reliable signal return down to **3,000 ft**.
- High-Wide Coverage: The High-Wide CHIRP (150–250 kHz) band provides a constant **25° beam width** for quickly locating fish targets in the upper water column.
- Dual Frequency: Simultaneous Low and High-Wide CHIRP operation allows for maximum flexibility in deep and shallow environments.
- Deadrise Support: Supports deadrise angles from **0 to 25 degrees** (requires fairing block for correction).
CONNECTIVITY AND INTEGRATION
The B275LHW is a heavy-duty, bronze sensor that requires a compatible CHIRP-enabled sounder or black box to unlock its full dual-frequency potential.
- **12-Pin Connector:** Uses the standard 12-pin connector for power and data output.
- **Compatibility:** Designed for use with compatible Garmin Chartplotters that feature a 12-pin CHIRP port or external sonar black boxes (GSD 26/28 [1]).

Limited Warranty
This warranty is provided by Garmin Australasia Pty Ltd.
Application of Australian Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

One-Year Consumer Products Limited Warranty
Non-aviation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin Australasia will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use at no charge for parts or labour (customer responsible for transportation).
Warranty Exclusions
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, and dents.
- Consumable parts (batteries, etc.) unless damage occurs due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, water, fire, or external causes.
- Service by non-authorised providers.
- Modifications or altered units without written permission.
- Damage caused by non-Garmin cables or accessories.
Garmin reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for products obtained or used in contravention of local laws. Map accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.

Availability of Repair Facilities & Parts (Out of Warranty)
Garmin products include complex integrated components. Repairs of parts such as cracked screens or integrated bands may not be possible outside Garmin factory conditions. Therefore, facilities or spare parts may not always be available for repair of such components.
Where an out-of-warranty service is required, Garmin Australasia or INVERELL BOATING CENTRE may offer to sell a replacement unit or Garmin Refurbished product. This applies only to out-of-warranty service and not to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Repair or Replacement of a Garmin Product
Australian Consumer Law Notice:
- Repair or replacement of goods capable of retaining user data may result in loss of that data.
- Goods presented for repair may be replaced with refurbished goods of the same type rather than repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
